Then it is time for the leaders to lead the way, instead of reprimanding. InshaAllah Our shabab are only doing what they see around them. And that is how the kuffar handle such things. Adhubillah And yet, even the kuffar are being more proactive than many who say they are Muslim. Our Prophet(saw) and the noble Khalif (ra) after him(saw) did not sit around and point fingers. They stood up and took charge and led by example. Alhamdullilah Over 1400 years of just this disobedience and look where we are today. We must remember that Allah(swt) tells us, in HIS unchanging words, that HE will bring about a people who are humble to the Believers and stern to the disbelievers. Who do not fear the blame of the blamer. Who are our leaders being more humble towards today? I know Abubaker(ra) and Umar(ra) did not sit around chastising those who may be a bit zealous and need a little bit of strategic refinement. Nor did they call them out for everyone to see and hear. Our Shabab are desperately trying to change what our leaders refuse to change, or have dropped the ball on. Alhamdullilah I think of our young brothers in Gaza who are throwing rocks at the tanks while their fathers and uncles and grandfathers sit and watch. And yet everyone wants to be called a shaheed, are we even worthy of having those noble words to pass over our lips?? Our leaders, the men of this Ummah, have taught them to be mediocre and complacent. Enabling them to be constant victims. Adhubillah How will the honor be on the day towards these leaders who accepted safety and wealth and prestige for the honor and glory, fissabillillah? Clinging to the Earth as Allah(swt) describes. May Allah(swt) cleanse our hearts and souls, and may HE(swt) forgive our sins of disobedience towards HIM and HIS Messenger(saw). Amen
